Shipping couriers are currently overwhelmed with deliveries this year due to the increased volume from retailers world-wide switching to e-commerce - in addition to the existing backlog due to COVID and other natural disasters across our nation. Your support of small business, especially, has made all the difference and we are so, so grateful!
Please note that shipments may be delayed as a result, but we are doing our very best to make sure we ship your order out ASAP! That said, once the courier has your package, the arrival of it is literally out of our hands. We encourage you to sign up for text or email shipment notifications once you receive the tracking information - and remember to leave your lights on as these delivery drivers are now working 7 days a week and often well past dark! Please allow them extra time and patience with the delivery of your order.
All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS and shipping price is calculated at check out. Shipping rates vary based on weight and size of objects being shipped as well as your location.  The price of shipping is subject to change based on USPS, UPS, and at the discretion of Apple & Oak.
All orders are shipped out M-F and within a week of purchase.Â
We ask that you double check your address as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages, or those delivered to incorrect addresses.
A&O is not responsible for the delivery date of your package. The calculated date given at check out is only an expected time ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS IN USPS or UPS CARE. There are no guarantees on shipping times.Â
The team here at Apple & Oak pride themselves on sending your orders out in the prettiest and safest way possible, but once your order leaves our store, it's out of our hands. Therefore, we recommend choosing shipping that contains insurance.
Insurance is not a requirement, but please be aware that Apple & Oak will not be replacing any broken or mishandled items. By choosing insurance, you are able to file a claim and receive your refund through your shipping service.
FOR RUG SHIPPING WE ASK THAT YOU CHOOSE UPS, AS THEY HAVE THE BEST INSURANCE OPTIONS FOR SUCH A BIG INVESTMENT.

International Customers: You will be charged our calculated shipping at checkout (determined by size/weight/location). Once shipped, it may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all duties and/or taxes when your package arrives.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Apple & Oak does not offer refunds.

We know this sucks in a world where you can return milk, but we do this to guarantee the best products possible to our customers.
We DO offer store credit or an exchange in items within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, Apple & Oak is under no obligation to honor any product exchanges or offers of store credit.Â
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All exchanges are at the discretion of the owner.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or receiving store credit including but not limited to:Â furniture, rugs, and candles.
All item exchanges are up to the discretion of the Apple & Oak team.  This helps protect both our integrity as a company, as well as the integrity of the products we carry in our shop.Â
And let's face it, nobody wants a pee pee rug.Â
